Filling a Prescription

• Prescription refills are done through your pharmacy. If you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and they will contact us with the information.
• PLEASE DO NOT WAIT until you are out of medication before you call for a refill.
• If you need a new prescription, please allow 48 hours from the time you call to request it.
• Please allow 5 working days for mail in prescriptions.
• Prescription refills are done on working days between the hours of
  9 a.m. – 4 p.m. ONLY.
• You need to see the doctor at least once a year to maintain prescription refills.
